23:50 A storage issue caused a limited number of VMs to malfunction for around 30 minutes. For most of those VMs this had the effect of loss of disk access which was then resumed when the storage issue was resolved. We are currently investigating if any VMs have any persistent problems. If you experience any lingering problems with your VM, please check VNC and reboot it and see if that solves the problem. If not, contact our support.

2013-05-07 23:20 We are currently experiencing an outage in City Cloud where some virtual machines are unreachable, we are investigating the cause of this and are working on resolving this as soon as possible.
