2014-08-14 20:05 The problem is now resloved. Our technicians will continue to monitor the situation.

2014-08-14 15:30 The controlpanel is currently not reachable. Our technicians are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

2014-08-11 09:00 We have noticed that right now may be a problem to place orders but also as we have written before to log in and make changes in our control panel. Technicians are working with our supplier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

2014-08-07 19:10 Same status as before. (Next status update: tomorrow morning)

2014-08-07 15:30 Technicians are still hard at work solving the problem. Some progress has been made to identify where the problem is. Our supplier is working on pinpointing the actual problem and how to solve it.

2014-08-07 13:25 Technicians continue to work on a solution. Control Panel, My City works sporadically at the moment.

2014-08-07 09:00 We are currently experiencing problems with logging in to our control panel, my city since at 08:00. Technicians are working to solve the issue.

Websites, email and dns is not affected by the problem.
