Emergency network maintenance
2015-02-16 05:40 All the issues that emerged after the maintenance work has now been resolved, and all services are now online for all customers, including all dedicated and co-location servers. We are going to investigate deeper during the day why there was issues after the maintenance work and what we can do about that.
2015-02-16 03:55 We have traced the issues to our routers and we will reboot those now in order to resolve the issues, this will cause a temporary downtime of a few minutes of all services in our Karlskrona datacenter.
2015-02-16 03:30 We are still debugging the issues with a few switches that doesn’t work correctly. Some of them have been migrated of all customers to new switches.
2015-02-16 01:50 Due to unforeseen issues with a few switches which should have been unaffected by the maintenance work, some dedicated servers and co-location servers will experience intermittent downtimes. We are working on resolving these issues as soon as possible.
Due to issues seen with our routing infrastructure in Karlskrona we will perform emergency upgrades of our routing infrastructure during the night between Sunday and Monday with a starting time of 2015-02-15 23:30 and an expected latest completion time of 2015-02-16 01:30. During this maintenance window there will be one or two short downtimes of the entire network in Karlskrona. Other datacenters are not affected by this maintenance work. We will during this maintenance window also upgrade our malicious traffic mitigation systems, but this is not expected to cause any downtime.
