Scheduled - Dear customer,

We are reaching out to inform you of an urgent maintenance activity that will take place in your service regions KNA1 on Sunday, March 10th. This maintenance is a required part of the resolution work for a minor network issue that we experience intermittently in the region. Although the current customer impact of the issue is small, we need to address it properly in order to ensure service performance in the long run.


Maintenance schedule

  • Date: 10 Mar 2024

  • Time: 14:00 to 16:00 (CET)


  • Activity Details: Our technical team will be rebooting some components in our network stack. This maintenance work is a necessary step in resolving a minor network issue in the region. 

    Expected Impact: We anticipate intermittent external connectivity loss to all customer resources dependent on KNA1 for the duration of the maintenance window. No further customer impact is to be expected since we are working with reboots of network components where redundancy is in place. 

    Stay Updated: For real-time updates, please refer to our Cleura Network Status (CNstatus) page. We will ensure to keep you informed on any significant developments during the maintenance period.
