Issue with Onlinebackup

2018-06-11 12:00 The issue has been resolved. Clients that haven’t been able to perform backups during the incident will run at the next scheduled time. A client schedule can be started by hand earlier than that if needed.

2018-06-11 11:05 The issue has been identified and we are working with resolving the problem.

2018-06-11 09:49: Troubleshooting is still going on.

2018-06-11 08:00: We are seeing issues with Onlinebackup. The clients are unable to connect to the server to initiate the backup schedules. Troubleshooting started.
