FRA1: Compute services disruption
2019-11-02 04.30: Technicians discovered additional drive locks on volumes attached to affected compute instances. Work is in progress clearing those locks. Customers MAY have to HARD REBOOT their instances, should problems still be experienced.
2019-11-02 00.25: All instances are running on new compute nodes, the problem with storage locks resolved and all affected instances were hard rebooted and should be back online.
