2019-11-05 13:30 We have been monitoring services for about half an hour now, and given special attention to a select few VMs which needed it, about 20 VMs in total have been rebooted so if you have applications that do not start automatically on boot you may need to start these yourself as we in most cases do not have access to customer VMs. All VMs should now work properly again, should that not be the case for you, try rebooting the VM through the control panel, and if that doesn’t help, contact our support.
2019-11-05 13:00 The issue has been identified and resolved, most VMs should be working again, we expect that only a small number of VMs with specialized applications needs any hands on work.
