FRA1: Power outage in Frankfurt region
2019-11-12 13:05: Some customers can still have network related services like LBaaS etc, and we are currently checking this, and if you still experience issues, please send in a support ticket.
2019-11-12 13:00: Instances is currently running and we have activated the region in Control Panel again.
2019-11-12 12:40: Instances is currently starting up now.
2019-11-12 11:40: All running instances will be stopped and launched by City Network over the course of the next 10-20 minutes.
2019-11-12 11:32: We have identified the underlying issue and have started working on a resolution. We will start rebooting instances once resolved and they should come back up online in a good state.
2019-11-12 11:05 We have still issues to start some VMs that is down. Work is ongoing to solve this.

2019-11-12 08:45 We are experiencing an outage in FRA1 and technicians are enroute to investigate.
The datacenter in Frankfurt, Interxion FRA8, appears to have suffered from a major power outage. While this is a fully redundant datacenter, City Network lost both power feed A+B – causing a complete outage in our FRA1 region. Ever since power was restored, City Network is working on restoring all infrastructure services along with customer workloads.
