18:51 2012-10-12 We have steadily improved all issues that arose with the upgrades. Right now we think it is all fixed and deem this case closed. If you still seem to have any issues please contact our support at support(at) – Thank you for your patience during the upgrade.

10:46 2012-10-11 – Databases are now provisioning as they should. Those that have been incorrectly provisioned over the last 24 hours will be looked at and corrected.

20:15 2012-10-10 – New MySQL databases are created with incorrect login credentials,  the logins will be corrected as soon as the problem is resolved.

15:16:00 2012-10-10 We expect to continue to focus on polishing the new installation all of today and possibly into tomorrow as well. Please continue to use the control panel as normal. Should you encounter any issues please let us know at

11:00 2012-10-10 We are not completely there as customers have reported minor issues that we are still resolving. We hope to have all issues ironed out before end of day today.

21:00 We are almost back to normal. You can now logon again. We are still working on smaller issues that will be fixed over the next hour.

18:00 – Issue is identified and we are working on resolving it. We expect to be fully functional at 8:30 PM tonight. We apologize for any inconvenience.
