Network outage between datacenters
UPDATE: 22:30 Faulty hardware has been identified as the cause. We have applied a workaround and restored connectivity. Internal investigation will follow regarding the redundancy, and hardware replacement (with no expected customer impact) will begin as soon possible. In case of any remaining issues that you cannot solve on your own, contact your account representative or our support department.
2020-04-04 20:20 Internal connectivity between Tokyo, Dubai and our other datacenters is currently down, fault investigation is in progress. Currently expected impact is that control panel will not be able to reach Tokyo and Dubai, and internal connectivity between those two datacenters and the rest of our network is currently unavailable.
